Holiday Workout Series
Holiday craziness is upon us, so don’t let working out fall by the wayside. We both know you feel better, (and are much more pleasant to be around), when you get in that regular sweat session. If this is a struggle for you, I have a solution!
I am excited to share with you a 5 week video workout series to help you stay active throughout the holidays. Each workout will be 15-20 minutes long, and include efficient exercises that you can do anywhere. The only equipment you will need for a few of the videos is a set of medium to heavy dumbbells, or anything you have lying around that could add a challenge. In the videos I do the first round of exercises with you, then you will repeat the set 2-3 more times.
When you sign up, you will be given a password to access the weekly workout pages. Videos will be posted 5 days each week and can be viewed any time of the day.
The first workout will be posted on Thanksgiving Day, but you can join in at anytime!
You have two options:
1.) Just the videos to log in to at your convenience ($45)
2.) Videos, plus email support and weekly check-ins for extra motivation and accountability ($65)
