5 Things That Inspired Me This Week 11/27/15
Each week I’ve been compiling a list of 5 things that inspired me to be healthier and happier throughout the previous week. This helps me think about what makes me stay motivated to feel my best. Whipped Body Butter
Not only does this recipe look delicious, but it feels amazing, too. I love it way more than I anticipated. I used grapefruit, geranium, and lemon essential oils, and it is decadent. It is easy to make if you have a good mixer, and would make a great gift idea for a loved one!
How can this one not be included?! My family has never traditionally celebrated holidays on the actual day. So, although I have not actually had Thanksgiving yet, I am still looking forward to a weekend full of family gatherings. I hope you all had a Thanksgiving with full bellies and full hearts.

Granola (Part 3)
I have posted about this recipe the last two weeks, but I have made it even better!! Okay, here you go. Get ready for your kitchen to smell AMAZING!
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pumpkin seeds
- 4 tablespoons chopped almonds
- 1 large spoonful almond butter
- 1 and 2/3 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Throw it all in a bowl and mix so all oats are covered. Distribute evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
