5 Things That Inspired Me This Week 11/27/15

Each week I’ve been compiling a list of 5 things that inspired me to be healthier and happier throughout the previous week. This helps me think about what makes me stay motivated to feel my best. I also hope that sharing these ideas may help motivate you to try incorporating some of these ideas into your lives as well. Feel free to leave a comment and share your own weekly inspiration. I’d love to hear from you!

Not only does this recipe look delicious, but it feels amazing, too. I love it way more than I anticipated. I used grapefruit, geranium, and lemon essential oils, and it is decadent. It is easy to make if you have a good mixer, and would make a great gift idea for a loved one!

Thanksgiving

How can this one not be included?! My family has never traditionally celebrated holidays on the actual day. So, although I have not actually had Thanksgiving yet, I am still looking forward to a weekend full of family gatherings. I hope you all had a Thanksgiving with full bellies and full hearts.
