The Easiest Meatball Recipe Ever
Make three batches of this recipe. 2 for eating now. 1 to freeze for later.
Adapted from Juli Bauer’s Paleo Cookbook Pineapple Sweet-and-Sour Pork Meatball Skewers:
Makes approximately 12-15 balls.
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 medium yellow onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use a small cookie scoop to portion meatballs and roll into balls with your hands. Bake for 15 minutes.
It’s really that easy, and they are so tasty! Add any sauce you’d like. We’ve just been eating them plain, they’re so good!
