5 Things That Inspired Me This Week 10/30/15
Ah, please forgive my absence over the past couple weeks. I promise I was still inspired to be happy and healthy and will be back at it regularly again! Here is what inspired me this week:
I brought back the good ol’ days with some P90X workouts this week. These workouts hurt so good and I plan to incorporate more of these videos into my routine.
Adult Coloring Books
I have jumped on the bandwagon! It really is a relaxing activity, and a good way to take a break from technology.
Chunky Chicken Soup
This recipe is easy and delicious. Warm soup belly at its finest.
Last weekend my Aunt Debbie (one of the Aunts I am named after!) got married. It was so much fun catching up with extended family we don’t see often, and also immediate family I don’t see enough. My Aunt was one of the most beautiful brides I have ever seen and I wish her and her new husband a lifetime of happiness.
After cutting up the cauliflower, this recipe is super easy, and tasty too! Cut cauliflower into florets. Then toss in 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 clove garlic, and pepper to taste. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
