TRAINING

Using bodyweight exercises, minimal equipment, interval and circuit training styles, each program is tailored to the individual or group.

LIFESTYLE

Living holistically includes areas outside of fitness, such as stress management, healthy habits, and consistency. No one is perfect, but with small steps anything can be achievable.

ABOUT ASHLEY

Ashley has her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oakland University, and a Master’s degree in Public Health with a specialization in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan.

Ashley is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is CPR and first aid certified through the American Red Cross and also is a certified TRX small group instructor.

In Ashley’s free time she enjoys being crafty, checking out local restaurants, organizing, going to yoga and pilates classes, hanging out with her husband, dog, and 2 cats, playing euchre, meeting new people, occasionally baking in the kitchen, and listening to audiobooks/podcasts.

Personal Training

The focus is all on you. I create a program tailored to your needs and we work one-on-one to reach your goals. I can come to you, at a time and place that is most convenient. Or, you can come to downtown Ann Arbor and we'll train at Vie Fitness and Spa.

Wellness Coaching

There are 168 hours in a week. You may workout with me between one and five of those. Let's work on behaviors to make those other 163+ hours count more too. Topics include: emotional eating, portion sizes, healthier eating out, kitchen organization, and grocery shopping on a budget. Let's simplify weight management and make living healthfully within reach. *Meetings can supplement training sessions or can be scheduled separately.

Partner & Small Group Training

Working out is more fun with others! This format is great for friends, significant others, family members, co-workers -- anyone! Motivate and hold one another accountable. I will come to you, at a time and place that is most convenient for you.
